Come join Executive Chef Mel Mecinas for a morning in the kitchen where he will teach you how to prepare a "Feast for the Senses" cooking class, highlighting a three course menu ideal for taking the romance home on Valentine's Day and beyond. The class will feature a menu ment for sharing, and will include a celebratory welcome cocktail and a take-home recipe booklet. The cost is $55 per person or $100 per couple, and will run from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m on February 11, 2012

First Course:

Red Beet Carpaccio - butter poached lobster / asparagus / black mesa goat cheese /  passion fruit  vinaigrette

Entree:

Cocoa Chili Espresso Rubbed Rib Eye - marsala mushrooms demi

SIDES : sweet crab whipped potatoes & brown sugar carrots

Dessert:

Valrhona Soft Center Chocolate Cake - candied hibiscus flowers / strawberry sorbet
